Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before buying.
Change of mind We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
Opened or used items For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used first aid kits, CPR equipment or accessories.
Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@firstaideveryday.com.au with your order details and photos of the fault. We will assess each case individually and work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
AED (Defibrillator) returns AEDs are only eligible for return if the unit is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping Where a return is accepted, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.
